Problem
Hundreds of setter and closer calls a month, and nobody had time to listen. Coaching ran on whichever call a manager happened to hear. A first AI pass was no fix either: it paraphrased what callers said and presented it as a quote.
Build
Versioned scoring rubrics stored in the warehouse, a blind AI pass over every recorded call, and a rule that every quote the model cites is checked word for word against the transcript before the score counts.
Each score is joined to what actually happened next, bought or lost, from the sale records. Team pages show coaching per call, objections, and how aware each lead was on arrival, with booking rates by awareness level.
Delivery
Setter calls scored from mid-September, closer calls nightly from October. 131 closer calls graded so far: calls that bought average 86.6 out of 100, calls that were lost 54.2. That gap is the coaching plan.
Re-scoring the entire closer call history cost about $30.
