For high-ticket sales teams

Know which ads, setters and calls actually make cash.

Every lead, call, ad dollar and payment in one place you own, and every sales call graded against what really closes for your team. Built in 4 to 6 weeks on the tools you already use.

The numbers exist. Nobody trusts them.

Leads sit in the CRM, spend sits in Ads Manager, cash sits in the payment processor, and calls sit in a recorder nobody has time to watch.

Which ads actually make cash?

Ads Manager counts leads and bookings. It does not see the deposit, the payment plan or the sale that closed three weeks later from a DM.

Close rate dropped. Why?

Bad leads, a tired setter or a closer skipping the next step all look the same in a weekly total.

Half our calls aren't recorded.

When we measured it for one team, more than half of the sales calls that ran had no recording at all. You can't coach what you can't hear.

Reporting is someone's Monday.

Spreadsheets rebuilt by hand every week, and two people with two different revenue numbers.

The build

One system, six parts, all yours

Everything runs in accounts you own. At handover you get the code, the data and the keys.

Warehouse

Contacts, opportunities, bookings, forms, payments, ad spend and call recordings pulled on a schedule, cleaned and joined in one database.

One sales truth

A single sales and cash view reconciled to actual payments. Deposits kept apart from revenue, so nobody counts the same sale twice.

Attribution to cash

Ad spend to booked call to sale to cash, per ad and per campaign. Sales that came from DMs or organic content are separated, not lost.

AI call grader

Every setter and closer call scored out of 100 against a rubric learned from your own won and lost calls. Objections and next steps written straight into your CRM.

Dashboards

A private web dashboard: funnel, cost per step, rep scorecards and return on ad spend, split cash versus contract.

Daily Slack report

One short post every morning with yesterday's setting, triage and sales numbers, plus an alert the moment a data feed breaks.

Why not just a call recorder

Scoring calls is the easy part.

Plenty of tools now grade a call against a textbook method. The value is knowing which behaviors make your team money, and that needs the sales data next to the scores.

  1. The rubric comes from your calls. You pick five won and five lost calls; the grader learns what separates them, not what a sales book says.
  2. Scores sit next to cash collected. So "does this behavior close?" has a real answer, rep by rep.
  3. Results land where your team works. Objections, next steps and scores are written into the CRM record, not a separate app.
  4. It comes with the rest of the system. Attribution, the sales truth and the dashboards are what make the scores useful.

The fine print, up front

Questions worth asking

What stack does this work with?

It was built on GoHighLevel, Meta Ads, Fathom, Whop, Stripe and Slack. Zoom, HubSpot and other CRMs or processors are possible and quoted per integration on the first call.

Who owns the data and the code?

You do. Everything runs in accounts in your name, and at handover you get the code, the database and every login. Nothing is held hostage.

What about recording consent and privacy?

Recordings and transcripts stay in your own accounts. A short data processing agreement covers access, retention and deletion. Getting consent to record calls stays with you, as it does today.

How much of my team's time does it take?

One named contact who can answer questions within a business day, access in week 1, and about an hour to pick the won and lost calls for the rubric.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Keeping the data feeds healthy, fixing anything that breaks, adding new metrics and dashboard pages, re-tuning the call rubric each month, and a monthly numbers review call. Cancel with 30 days notice.

We're under US$100k a month in sales. Is this for us?

Probably not the full build yet. The call grader pilot is the better place to start.
